Eligibility Criteria:
- To apply for soldier recruitment in the Pakistan Army, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be a male citizen of Pakistan.
- Meet the required physical and medical fitness standards.
- Possess the necessary educational qualifications.
Educational Qualifications:
Different categories require specific educational backgrounds:
1. General Duty Soldier, Military Police, Sapper, Clerk, and Cook
- Minimum Matriculation qualification.
- Candidates applying for clerical roles must have FA/FSc or higher education.

- For General Duty Soldiers:Age limit: 17 ½ to 23 years (as of October 10, 2025).
- For Sanitary Workers:
Age limit: 17 ½ to 35 years.
Height Requirements:
- General Duty Soldiers & Military Police: 167.5 cm (5 feet 6 inches).- Clerks & Cooks: 160 cm (5 feet 3 inches).
- Military Police (Specific Category): 173 cm (5 feet 8 inches).
Selection Process:
The recruitment process includes:
1. Online Registration:
Candidates who are applying must register online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk between February 24 and March 2, 2025.
2. Physical and Medical Tests:
- Candidates will undergo fitness tests, including running, push-ups, and endurance assessments.
- Medical examination will determine overall physical health.
3. Written Examination:
A written test will assess basic education skills based on the candidate’s qualification.
4. Final Selection:
Candidates who clear all stages successfully will be enlisted in the Pakistan Army.
