The Government of Sindh, in collaboration with NADRA and the Department of Social Welfare, has launched the Senior Citizen Card to support and empower elderly citizens across the province. This initiative aims to bring dignity, convenience, and healthcare benefits to individuals aged 60 and above.

Who Can Apply?
Any male or female citizen of Sindh who is 60 years or older is eligible to apply for the Senior Citizen Card. This initiative is designed to ease their access to essential services and provide social security through state-backed support.
How to Apply?
To obtain the Senior Citizen Card, applicants must visit their nearest NADRA Registration Center along with the following required documents:
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Two copies of a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Proof of Residence (PRC Form-D)
It is important that all the documents are complete at the time of application to avoid any delays or rejections.
Benefits of the Senior Citizen Card
Holders of the Senior Citizen Card are entitled to several exclusive benefits:
