Pakistan Railway Police Jobs 2025 – 1000 Vacancies on Contract Basis
The Pakistan Railway Police has announced a massive recruitment drive for 1,000 contract-based positions across Pakistan.

Positions and Pay Scales
Three categories of posts are available.
The first is Sub-Inspector (BS-14) with a limited number of seats for experienced and highly qualified applicants.
The second is Assistant Sub-Inspector ASI (BS-09), a mid-level role offering wider provincial quotas.
Finally, the largest category is Constable (BS-05), with hundreds of openings across all provinces for energetic and physically fit candidates.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have at least Intermediate education for SI and ASI roles, while Matriculation is sufficient for Constable positions.
The age limit varies slightly: Sub-Inspector candidates must be 18 to 30 years old, while ASI and Constable candidates should be 18 to 25 years old.
Government servants already in service must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application.

Physical Standards and Tests
Candidates must meet the minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches for males and the chest measurement of 33 to 34.5 inches.
A running test is mandatory: males must complete 1.6 kilometers within seven minutes, and females must run one kilometer in seven minutes.
Physical measurements will be conducted between 7 and 10 October 2025, followed by a written test on 19 October 2025.
Successful candidates will then be called for an interview after the written examination.
Selection Procedure
The recruitment process includes several steps:

- Physical test to check running and measurements.
- Written examination covering General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and basic English and Urdu.
- Interview and final medical verification before appointment.
