The Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) has announced exciting job opportunities for motivated and dynamic female professionals in Sindh. This recruitment is part of the IDA-funded project, aimed at expanding Rescue 1122 services at the district level. The positions will be filled on a contractual basis and will include 4–6 months of extensive physical and technical training at the Rescue Academy in Lahore.

Available Positions:

1. Emergency Medical Technician (PPS-04)

No. of Posts: 80
Location: Karachi (50), Hyderabad (15), Sukkur (15)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Paramedical Diploma/Nursing/LHV (Preference for Health Technology, Surgical, Anesthesia, and ICU)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency rescue organization, hospital, or ambulance service

Age: 20–35 years

2. Fire Rescuer/Fire Fighter (PPS-04)

No. of Posts: 50
Location: Karachi

Eligibility Criteria:

- Intermediate (Pre-Engineering) or Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE preferred)
Age: 20–32 years

3. Driver/Bike Rider (PPS-01)

No. of Posts: 50
Location: Anywhere in Sindh

Eligibility Criteria:

- Middle qualification with a valid LTV/Car/Bike license (Preference for Matriculation and relevant experience)
Age: 20–35 years

Instructions for Candidates:

- Physical Fitness: All candidates must be physically and mentally fit. The selection process includes physical and medical screening. Physical standards for female candidates include running 1 mile in 10 minutes and a minimum height of 5 feet.

- Training: Selected candidates will undergo 4–6 months of training at the National Emergency Services Academy, Lahore.

- Allowance: Female candidates will receive an additional 25% of the relevant pay scale during training.

2. Pay the test fee at any branch of HBL or UBL.

3. Submit the filled application form along with the paid deposit slip to PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl-e-Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
